Ultimate Essential Mineral Supplement For Pets

BeMedFree.com® Ultimate Essential Mineral Supplement For Dogs, Cats & Other Pets

Here’s A Question You May Not Even Have Considered Before…

…do you know whether your pets are getting all of the essential trace minerals and elements that they need?

It sounds like a simple question, but sadly, the answer may not be so easy.

You probably assume that the pet food you buy for them is complete, i.e. it has everything they need to stay healthy.

Unfortunately, this is likely not to be the case these days, and that’s for a couple of major reasons.

Modern Farming Methods

Agriculture today is not what it used to be – we have intensive farming, extensive use of toxic chemicals (e.g. glyphosate), and an industry run by large corporations who care a lot more about profit and a lot less about providing nutritious food. That is to say, it’s as far from the traditional farming methods of a generation or two ago as you could get.

The net result of this is that all those essential minerals and elements are being depleted from the soil, and that has a knock-on effect all the way along the food chain.

For example, the plants that grow in that soil no longer contain these nutrients, which in turn means that anyone (or any animal) that consumes those plants is not getting the full range of what they need either. And, of course, anything made from those plants (or the animals that eat them) is lacking them too.

And this naturally includes pet foods, which brings us to the second reason why your cat or dog may not be getting all those vital minerals…

Corporate Greed

In the same way that large corporations now own the farming industry, they are also buying up smaller pet food manufacturers – at least those that don’t outsource their production to countries such as China, where there have been many problems over the years. Remember the deaths from a few years ago when it found many pet foods made there contained formica and all sorts of other sickness-causing chemicals?

These days, such corporations are aware of the growing consumer demand for organic foods, both for humans and pets, so they are targeting those companies too, not because they believe organic is better, but because they want to jump on the bandwagon and increase their profits even further.

The problem is, after they buy an organic company, they can change the formula of the pet food but they don’t need to update the label for up to six months later, which means you might still be buying what looks like your favorite brand of dog food, but it may be a completely different product inside the bag.

And if you knew what these large, greedy companies put in their pet foods, it would truly turn your stomach! (If you don’t believe us, check out the video on this page.)

Whichever Way You Look At It…

…your pets are probably missing out on the essential minerals and trace elements that they need.

(As an aside, most humans are probably suffering from exactly the same problem too with the current Standard American Diet!)

The real issue here is that you won’t see anything wrong for some time, but remember that pets eat pretty much the same food every single day, and when that food does not contain what their bodies require, the effects of this malnutrition will be gradual but cumulative.

Over time, major health problems can accumulate, because these trace minerals and elements are crucial for all sorts of bodily functions, including:

  • the digestive system
  • the immune system
  • the urinary system
  • muscle building
  • skin & coat health
  • joint health
  • thyroid health
  • dental health
  • arthritis prevention
  • allergy reduction

…and more.

So what’s the solution?

BeMedFree.com® Ultimate Essential Mineral Supplement For Dogs, Cats & Other Pets

Ultimate Essential Mineral Supplement For Dogs, Cats & Other Pets from BeMedFree.com®

You need something that’s easy to administer, foolproof and safe, and this product meets all of these criteria with flying colours!

It replenishes nutrients and renews vital systems, and although it’s not designed to help treat any specific problem (e.g. like our Liquid Glucosamine that can really provide great relief for issues such as feline or canine arthritis, elbow or hip dysplasia, or any other type of joint pain), it is one of the best preventative remedies there is.

(The company who makes this for us has been in the natural health industry for over 90 years, so they know exactly what they are doing.)

Let’s face it, which is better – starting your pet off the right way for a minimal cost, or waiting until you are faced with a pet whose health is prematurely failing and the massive vet bills that typically accompany such issues?

So here is how much of these four ingredients are contained in each fluid ounce of our liquid glucosamine product:

So What’s In This Mineral Supplement?

It’s a purified water mineral catalyst (with Chromium Picolinate) that contains 70 of the 94 naturally-occurring elements, including Aluminum, Antimony, Barium, Beryllium, Bismuth, Boron, Bromine, Cadmium, Calcium, Carbon, Cerium, Cesium, Chloride, Chromium, Cobalt, Copper, Dysprosium, Erbium, Europium, Fluorine, Gadolinium, Gallium, Germanium, Gold, Hafnium, Holmium, Hydrogen, Iodine And Zinc, Iridium, Iron, Lanthanum, Lithium, Lutetium, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Neodymium, Nickel, Niobium, Osmium, Oxygen, Palladium, Phosphorus, Platinum, Potassium, Praseodymium, Rhenium, Rhodium, Rubidium, Ruthenium, Samarium, Scandium, Selenium, Silicon, Silver, Strontium, Sulfur, Tellurium, Terbium, Thallium, Thorium, Tin, Titanium, Tungsten, Vanadium, Ytterbium, Yttrium, and Zirconium.

As for other ingredients, there are none – absolutely nothing artificial at all.

It’s Easy To Administer

Because it’s a mineral concentrate, all you need to do is take one capful (which is about 4 ml., i.e. just a touch under a teaspoon if you like old money ), and mix it with a gallon of purified water.

This is what we actually recommend:

  1. Get a new or unused (be on the safe side, eliminate cross-contamination) 1 gallon (i.e. 128 US fl oz) container that has a lid.
  2. Put the capful of Mineral Supplement into your clean gallon container.
  3. Add 1 gallon of purified drinking water.
  4. Use this container to top up your pet’s water bowl as needed. That’s it!

Which Animals Is It Suitable For?

It can be given to dogs, cats, and most other animals, such as birds, ferrets, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, and turtles, regardless of their age.

How Long Will One Bottle Last?

Parvo Meter
Parvo Cases Dealt With
Lucky, our Black Lab

The bottle contains 8 fluid ounces of mineral concentrate, so that means it will make 59 gallons of “mineralized water”, at 4 ml. per gallon.

As to how long it will last, that will, of course, depend on your pet, how active they are, and the weather.

If you have a small dog, such as a 10 lb Chihuahua, then one bottle might last you over two and a half years, which makes this product exceedingly good value! (The same would apply to other small pets such as ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, mice, turtles, snakes, lizards, and domestic cats under 15 lbs for example.)

If you have a largish dog, let’s say an active 100 lb+ Labrador Retriever (like we do), and it’s summer time, then one bottle might last you about two months – provided that you don’t invite Lucky over for a play-date, in which case expect to re-fill the water bucket often and make sure to have an abundance of food as somehow he always gets the lion’s share.

Safety Warnings

Even though this product is very safe, we do have a few words of caution for you:

  1. You should never exceed the recommended dosage.
  2. If your pet does have any allergic reactions, you should stop administering this product immediately and consult your vet.

On a positive note, and in keeping with our philosophy of staying away from chemicals whenever we can, the bottle itself is BPA-free.

Note: the product statements on this page have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.

What About Storage?

We recommend storing this product in a cool, dry dark place out of direct sunlight, and you should definitely refrigerate it after opening. (If you want to keep it in the fridge when you receive it, that’s fine too, but it’s not necessary.)

Bonus Pet Health Tips

We’re never just satisfied with selling people a product and moving on. We prefer to offer continued advice, to help customers get the best possible value from the products we sell.

And that’s why all of our Ultimate Essential Mineral Supplement customers will also receive some pet health tips, that will cover:

  • encouraging correct and healthy behavior

  1. Hello,
I received a free bottle of your Mineral Supplement, thanks! However, first glance at the ingredients my eyes go to cadmium. Even though the ingredients are naturally occurring, and are even in our systems now, I can’t give my dog this stuff knowing there is metals that my dog doesn’t need, and could potentially be cancerous or cause kidney damage. I don’t listen to the FDA or EPA on what to use usually but interesting fact sheet here: http://www.epa.gov/osw/hazard/wastemin/minimize/factshts/cadmium.pdf
We continue to use your glucosamine even though it includes potassium sorbate, other than that it is a great product. Thanks!

    • Stacey,

      Thanks for raising this issue.

There are a few points we’d like to make:

      1. The document you referred us to does say that cadmium is only a concern in quantities that are considerably larger than the amount contained in our product.

      2. Our mineral supplement is 100% plant-derived, which that article says is not of any great concern.

      3. We are only talking about trace minerals and elements here.

However, to be on the safe side, we asked our manufacturer if they could tell us just how much cadmium is in this product.

We were told that there is 0.008 mg per liter.

As one liter is equivalent to 33.814 US fl oz, that means there is 0.001892707 mg of cadmium in each 8 fl oz bottle of our supplement.

We’re already talking about minuscule amounts here, but then we need to take it one step further, since one bottle of our product contains 59 servings, so that means that each 4 ml serving of the mineral supplement (which makes one gallon of mineralized water) contains 0.0000320798 mg of cadmium.

That’s just over three hundred thousandths of a milligram, which is, indeed, a trace amount.

To put this into perspective, if you had a 100 lb dog (such as Lucky, our black Lab), then they would typically need to drink just under a gallon of water per day, so they would be ingesting just under 0.0000320798 mg of cadmium per day.

If you had a much smaller dog, such as a 10 lb Chihuahua, then they would be getting about one tenth of the above dosage of cadmium.

So, while we appreciate your concern, we really don’t believe you have anything to worry about, and we hope this puts your mind at ease.

As for the potassium sorbate in our Liquid Glucosamine, then because this is a liquid herbal supplement and we need to maintain the freshness somehow (especially as one bottle could last for well over a year if your only pet is a small cat), then we really had no choice but to include some type of preservative, and we saw potassium sorbate (which is often derived from rowanberries) as being a lot preferable to sodium benzoate or potassium benzoate. According to our manufacturer, there is 1 g of potassium sorbate per 16oz bottle, so again the quantities are negligible.

Finally, thank you for your continued business.

  2. Can I give this to them directly?
How much should I give my cat, 8lb 20lb 14lb

    • Sandra,

This product is only designed to be mixed in with their drinking water, at a ratio of one capful (4 ml) to one gallon of water.

If you tried to administer the supplement directly to your pets, the quantities required would be too small to measure accurately. :-)
